Link allocation Report

・Alloc-sec is allocating AU-JP, JP-KR, JP-PH, JP-SG, JP-TH, and JP-US link.
・Details of allocations are shown at "http://alloc.apan.net/allocation/".
・JP-US link will be increased to 73Mbps by 10th of March.
・JP-KR link is temporarily increased to 35Mbps for APAN demonstration.
・SingAREN reported JP-SG link's traffic status.

Project allocation Report

・Subcommittee has aproved 11 projects and 2 temporary uses.
・Detail of each project is shown at "http://alloc.apan.net/status/".
・APAN will peer to CA*net2 at STAR-TAP as soon as TransPAC link will increased.
・SINET will peer to APAN as soon as SINET router will install at Tokyo-XP.

Others

・Subcommittee will receive Application Form from all APAN users.
・In case of temporary use, Subcommittee will arrange to approve.
・In case of permanent use, Subcommittee will request to arrange at APAN committee, if non-APAN-AI is included in its project.
・Alloc-sec will request a short report to every project, and will send to each link owners.
( First short report will be requred from April. )
