   The 18th APAN Meetings/QUESTnet 2004 will be held at Hilton Cairns Hotel and Cairns International Hotel. 
   Please note that all APAN meetings(Conference, Committee/WG Meetings) are held at Hilton Cairns. 
   All Questnet meetings and APAN/Questnet joint sessions are held at Cairns International Hotel.

      Accommodation

 

1. Hilton Cairns Hotel  (fully booked)

Discounted accommodation rates have been negotiated at the Hilton Cairns as detailed below. All rates are for single, twin or double occupancy. To book your accommodation, please use the online meeting registration facility or contact the conference organisers (Direct book at the hotels will not be able to secure the discount rates). To secure accommodation bookings, you will be required to provide a deposit of one night's accommodation to the conference organisers which will be passed to the hotel. The balance of the account is to be settled by the delegate at the time of departure. Arrangements can be made to pre-pay accommodation either directly with the hotel or with the conference organisers (Email: vicki.dwyer@mlaa.com.au to arrange).
As July is peak season in Cairns, please be aware that cancellations less than a week from scheduled arrival will incur charges equal to one night.s accommodation. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival could incur charges equal to the full duration of the booking.
