Message from Fellowship Program Committee Chair

Dear Fellows,
Congratulations!
The Fellowship Program Committee is very happy to announce that you will be awarded the APAN Fellowship for Honolulu Meetings.
I take great pleasure in welcoming you to participate in the 17th APAN Meetings and Jt Tech Workshop, 2004.1.25-30 in Hawaii, to enjoy, to learn, and to share the challenges.
We owe our thanks to many people involved in making it possible to fund yet another record number of fellowships. Notably, it is the joint efforts of Hawaii University and other APAN members, and Dr.David Lassner, the Local Arrangement Committee for this meeting, and Konishi-san and the Conference Organizing Committee. They all worked very hard to bring you all to attend this conference.
I personally thank Ms. Eunjin Seo, Ms. Jane Zhu and Ms.Iris Takamiya, who provided excellent support throughout and will continue to assist you in going to Hawaii.
See you all in Hawaii!
Jie An
Chair, APAN Fellowship Program Committee
