Dr. Chalermpol Charnsripinyo is currently a senior research specialist and the Head of Internet Innovation Laboratory at National Electronics and Computer Technology Center (NECTEC) under National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), Thailand. Beside his main job at NECTEC, he has been invited as an adjunct lecturer in universities. He has also served on various committees and working groups related to network infrastructure in Thailand.
Dr. Chalermpol has participated in research and education network (REN) development in Thailand since 1992. He is a founding member of Thailand IPv6 Association, and Thailand Research Education Network (ThaiREN) Association. He has continuously attended APAN meetings since 2003. He has also participated in TEIN project from the beginning of TEIN2 and served on the TEIN4 steering committee.
