Proceedings of the Asia Pacific Advanced Network (ISSN 2227-3026)

Editor: Chris Elvidge, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, USA [chris.elvidge AT noaa.gov]
The APAN Proceedings are available at: http://journals.sfu.ca/apan/index.php/apan/index

The editor invites presenters at the 38th APAN to submit papers for review and publication in volume 38 of the APAN Proceedings. Papers are invited from presenters in any of the scheduled sessions at 38th APAN. There is no requirement for presenters to submit a paper. However, any presenter is welcome to submit a paper. Each submitted paper will be reviewed and scored by three independent reviewers. In some cases papers will be accepted provisionally, with specific changes recommended for revision prior to final acceptance. APAN aims to provide a forum for graduate students, faculty and researchers in the Asia-Pacific region (and beyond) to exchange information on their research activities that are based on or make use of high bandwidth networks.

There are two CFP tracks available at APAN 38, both leading to publication in the APAN Proceedings. Note that organizers of the APAN Network Research Workshop (NRW) plans release their own call-for-papers, conduct their own peer review and acceptance process. These papers will be published at the APAN proceedings after the 38th APAN. Prospective authors who are not submitting to NRW should follow the instructions below.

If you want to present in one of the sessions at APAN 38 - the place to start is to contact the session chair, to discuss the presentation concept. Your presentation needs to be in the official session agenda to be eligible to publish in the proceedings. Only papers that are presented in one of the scheduled sessions will be eligible for publication in the proceedings. At least one of the listed authors has to attend 38th APAN.
