The registration fees for APAN 38th Meeting are as follows:

The reference exchange rate is USD: TWD = 1: 30 (as of March 2014)

  • All conference participants are strongly recommended to register online at the official website. To apply for student special rate, please fax a copy of valid full-time student ID to APAN 38th Secretariat at +886-2-2783-5434 or via e-mail to Ms. Mandy Lin.
  • Regular / Student Registration Fee includes:
    Full conference participation
    Welcome Reception/Banquet
    Lunches and coffee breaks
  • Fellowship Registration:
    Any questions about applying for Fellowship Program, please contact APAN Secretariat (sec@apan.net).

      VISA, Mastercard and JCB credit cards are accepted only.

      A copy of the bank transfer invoice must be sent to the Conference Secretariat at +886-2-2783-5434 or Ms. Mandy Lin once the bank transfer is completed. Sender’s name MUST BE identical with registrant’s name. All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrant.

Invitation Letter

Should you need an invitation letter for visa application purposes, please contact Ms. Mandy Lin .

Confirmation

Your registration will only be complete when your payment is received. As the signature is required for the credit card payment, you will receive an email requesting for the card holder’s signature. Please sign and send back the signature letter to Ms. Mandy Lin via email at linyj@twgrid.org or fax to +886-2-2783-5434. The Final Confirmation Letter will be sent to you by email once your payment is received. If you do not receive the confirmation letter by August 1, 2014, please contact Ms. Mandy Lin.

Cancellation

The written request of cancellation of participation must be sent to the Secretariat by July 15, 2014. A 10% cancellation fee will be charged. After July 15, no refund will be available.
